OSHKOSH, Wisc. — The Wisconsin Herd (8-4), the NBA G League affiliate of the Milwaukee Bucks, was outpaced by the Delaware 87ers (3-10) and Christian Wood in the team’s 112-135 loss.
The Herd was unable to bounce back after Devin Robinson’s driving dunk at the 3:34 mark in the second quarter and Delaware took an 11 point advantage into the half. The 87ers’ lead extended to 29 points late in the fourth quarter as the Herd gave up a season high 135 points in the loss.
Wood finished the night with a double-double, including 25 points and 11 rebounds on 32 minutes of play. The Delaware bench combined for 68 points and the team had seven players score in double digits.
Xavier Munford led all scorers with 28 points on 33 minutes. Cameron Oliver posted a career-high 25 points and was 11-of-15 from the floor for Wisconsin.
