Trades Completed By 87ers, Clippers, Bighorns & BayHawks

The Delaware 87ers have traded its 2018 second round pick to the Agua Caliente Clipper for Julian Jacobs, its returning player rights to Aaron Harrison and 2018 fourth round pick to Reno for the Bighorns’ 2018 first round pick and returning player rights to Erick Green and Youssou Ndoye, and its returning player rights to Roscoe Smith to Erie for the BayHawks’ returning player rights to Luke Harangody.

 Jacobs (6-4, 181) played an average of 17 minutes per game last season with the Los Angeles D-Fenders (currently known as the South Bay Lakers). While playing collegiately at USC, he averaged nine points, five rebounds, four assists and one steal in 29 minutes per game.

Smith (6’8, 205), spent last season with the Delaware 87ers and South Bay Lakers. Smith appeared in 18 games for the Lakers, averaging 10.2 points and 3.8 rebounds in 19.2 minutes of play. He was traded to Delaware on January 15, 2017. Smith appeared in 24 games (13 starts) with the 87ers, registering 10.4 points on .545 shooting from the field and 5.9 rebounds in 22.7 minutes of action.

The Bighorns traded the returning player rights to Kendall Marshall as well as Reno’s own 2018 3rd round draft pick in exchange for the Clippers own 2018 1st round draft pick and the returning player rights to Youssou Ndoye.

Harrison, a 6-8 guard/forward most recently played 19 games (15 starts) with the 87ers where he averaged 17.0 points (.489 FG%, .482 3p%, .838 FT%), 4.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.4 assists per game. He appeared in five games for the Charlotte Hornets during the 2016-17 season prior to joining the 76er’s NBA Summer League team posting 7.5 points (.333 FG%, .250 3p%, .677 FT%), 3.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 16.4 minutes per game in 2 contests (1 start).
