NBA G League USA Wins Inaugural International Challenge

NBA G League USA, comprised of 13 of the league’s top performers, defeated the Mexico National Team, 88-67, in the inaugural NBA G League International Challenge at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

The game marked the first-ever international exhibition in NBA All-Star history.

Fort Wayne Mad Ants forward DeQuan Jones soared to victory in NBA G League Slam Dunk presented by Verizon, topping Iowa Wolves guard Michael Bryson in the final round.

Twitch’s “In Real Life” All-Star Correspondent 

Justin Gates, aka @UTxJGTheDon, earned a trip to NBA All-Star as the winner of Twitch’s NBA G League co-streaming contest. The Atlanta resident attended the NBA’s State Farm All-Star Saturday Night festivities at the Staples Center, then live streamed an all-access experience at the NBA G League’s events on Sunday to his Twitch followers, from serving as a dunk contest judge to sitting courtside and commentating.
