Raptors 905 (18-12) overcame a 19-point deficit to defeat the Windy City Bulls (15-16) 102-98 Saturday afternoon.
Jordan Loyd powered the 905 to victory with his triple-double performance, recording 24 points, 17 rebounds and 11 assists, including 16 of his 24 points in the second half. Fellow Raptors two-way player Chris Boucher added a 25-point, 13- rebound effort, while Josh Adams provided a spark off the bench, contributing 21 points and six rebounds.
Windy City started the game on a run, led by CJ Fair’s 15-point first quarter performance. The Bulls continued the strong play to close out the first half, receiving double-digit scoring from Brandon Sampson and Walter Lemon Jr.. Windy City head into the break with a 56-46 advantage. The 905 bounced back in the second half, holding the Bulls to .295 percent from the field in the final 24 minutes of play. Boucher spearheaded the offensive attack in the half, scoring 21 points and helping to secure the 905 victory.
