After making waves in his NBA debut last season with the Los Angeles Lakers, 11-year NBA G League veteran Andre Ingram returned to The Association on Tuesday night. Ingram received word of his second NBA Call-Up surrounded by teammates and coaches from the South Bay Lakers on Monday evening.

Ingram’s 10-Day contract features 5 road games in 10 days with the Los Angeles Lakers. While the first game during his call-up wasn’t played at Staples Center, the United Center crowd made sure to pay their respects to the NBA G League’s all-time leader in games played and three-pointers made after his second NBA Call-Up.

Ingram’s NBA G League career started in 2007 with the Utah Flash after four years at American University in Washington, D.C. Ingram earned his initial NBA Call-Up last season to the Los Angeles Lakers after 10 seasons in the NBA G League. He dropped 19 points in his NBA debut and hit four three-pointers.

On Tuesday night, Ingram made his emotional return to the NBA with the same team that helped him fulfill his dream last season.

Ingram is currently on a 10-Day contract with the Lakers and will have four more opportunities to hit the hardwood over the next week. The Lakers are back in action on Thursday night against the Raptors and will take on the Pistons in Detroit on Friday, the Knicks at Madison Square Garden on Sunday and the Bucks in Milwaukee on Tuesday. Ingram was averaging 8.6 PPG & 2.6 RPG on 35.5% shooting from beyond the arc in 35 games with the South Bay Lakers this season. The 11-year NBA G League veteran dropped a season-high 27 points on five three-pointers against the Lakeland Magic on January 28.

You can catch Ingram and the Lakers on TNT on Thursday, on NBA League Pass on Friday and Sunday and on NBA TV on Tuesday. During his time in the NBA G League, Ingram has won the Three-Point Contest twice (2010, 2016) and the Sportsmanship Award once in 2010.
