Pascal Siakam, Kendrick Nunn, Derrick Jones Jr. Lead Alums In 2020 NBA All-Star Weekend

The 2020 NBA All-Star Weekend will feature more NBA G League alumni than ever before. It’ll be an eventful few days filled with a plethora of opportunities for some of the most intriguing prospects who have ever graced the minor league stage to strut their stuff and show off their skills.

Khris Middleton will continue to break new ground, this time rising up as the first multi-time all-star alum. This year, he’ll be joined NBA G League Finals MVP turned NBA champion Pascal Siakam and two-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year Rudy Gobert; both will be making their first all-star appearance. The trio will join forces on Team Giannis, coached by none other than two-time NBA G League Coach of the Year, and dual NBA/NBA G League champion Nick Nurse, on Sunday.

The rest of the weekend will feature alums like Kendrick Nunn, the former Santa Cruz Warriors sixth man who averaged 19.3 points off the bench last season before being thrust into an NBA starting role with the Heat this year, Devonte’ Graham (a former NBA assignee turned formidable NBA ‘Most Improved Player’ candidate), and Derrick Jones Jr. the high riser who took flight many times before in the NBA G League.
