Former Wisconsin Herd guard Rayjon Tucker has been named NBA G League Player of the Month for December after posting a league-leading 28.7 points, 4.4 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game on 51.1% shooting from the field. Tucker played in seven contests with the Herd during the month of December before receiving an NBA Call-Up to the Utah Jazz. Tucker was the 7th Gatorade Call-Up of the 2019-20 season and led Wisconsin to a 13-3 record during his time in the NBA G League.

Tucker scored his first career NBA points with the Utah Jazz on December 30, 2019 just four days after being called up. The Arkansas-Little Rock-product went undrafted in the 2019 NBA Draft after recording 20.3 points, 6.7 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.1 steals per game during his senior season with the Trojans.
