Watch Thanasis Antetokounmpo perform on a basketball court, and you are guaranteed to see one thing: boundless energy.
He tries to block seemingly every shot that the opponent gets up, no matter how far he’s trailing a fast break. He flies in for dunks, dances, trash talks, hops up off the bench to pump up teammates and in general never does anything at less than 100 miles per hour.
That made Thanasis and NBA All-Star Weekend in New York City a recipe for nonstop entertainment, as the Antetokounmp-bro show hit the Big Apple and the international stage.
From dunks that simply blew his mind to a family jam session with Giannis, here’s All-Star through the eyes of the older “Greek Freak.”

By Saturday night, he was front and center at the Barclays Center in his Westchester warm-up shirt, adding some classic reaction shots to the NBA dunk contest archives.
