Chicago Bulls Sign Mouhamadou Gueye

The Chicago Bulls announced tonight the team has signed forward Mouhamadou Gueye for the remainder of the season. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Gueye, 6-9, 210, joins Chicago after playing in 34 regular season games (16 starts) this season with Chicago’s G League affiliate, the Windy City Bulls. While with Windy City, Gueye recorded regular season clips of 15.9 points (.499 FG%, .325 3FG%), 7.4 rebounds, 0.8 steals and 1.4 blocks in 31.4 minutes. Gueye tallied seven double-doubles during the 2025-26 regular season with Windy City, alongside eight games of 10-plus rebounds and 12 games of two-plus blocks.

The Staten Island, N.Y. native has seen 11 games of NBA action (all with Toronto in 2023-24) during his career and has posted career averages of 2.4 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.6 blocks in 10.9 minutes. During his professional career, Gueye has also played a total of 89 G League regular season games (53 starts) between stints with Windy City (2025-26), Capital City Go-Go (2024-25), Raptors 905 (2023-24) and Texas Legends (2022-23). He holds G League regular season career averages of 13.2 points, 6.8 rebounds, 0.6 steals and 1.6 blocks in 28.1 minutes.

Prior to the NBA, Gueye played two seasons at Monroe University (2016-17, 2018-19) of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) before playing three seasons of National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) basketball between Stony Brook University (2019-21) and the University of Pittsburgh (2021-22).

Gueye will wear No. 16.

Chicago’s roster now has 18 players, including three players under two-way contracts (Yuki Kawamura, Mac McClung, Lachlan Olbrich).
