Lakers send Returning Rights to Center Kylor Kelley, 2027 First Round Pick to Sioux Falls 

PALM DESERT, CALIF. – The Coachella Valley Lakers, presented by Spotlight 29 Casino, have acquired the returning player rights to guard Jahmir Young from the Sioux Falls Skyforce in exchange for the returning player rights to center Kylor Kelley and a first round pick in the 2027 NBA G League Draft (via Rip City). 

Young (6’0”, 185) appeared in 31 games (all starts) for Sioux Falls during the 2025-26 season, averaging 25.9 points, 4.9 rebounds, 8.5 assists and 1.8 steals in 37.5 minutes. Young earned All-NBA G League Second Team honors after ranking second in the NBA G League in scoring (26.0) and fifth in assists (8.9) during regular season play. He was also named NBA G League Player of the Month for January after averaging 29.5 points, 5.2 rebounds, 9.7 assists, and 1.8 steals in 11 games. 

Kelley appeared in 31 games (29 starts) for Coachella Valley during the 2025-26 season, averaging 8.0 points, 7.1 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 2.1 blocks in 25.5 minutes.
