Grizzlies Sign Javon Small To Two-Way Contract

Memphis, Tenn. – The Memphis Grizzlies today announced the team signed guard Javon Small, the 48th overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft, to a two-way contract. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Small (6-1, 190) started 32 games last season as a senior at West Virginia and averaged 18.6 points, 4.1 rebounds, 5.6 assists and 1.5 steals in 36.1 minutes. He was selected to the 2024-25 All-Big 12 First Team after ranking second in the conference in scoring and third in assists.
The 22-year-old Indiana native spent his junior year at Oklahoma State, where he was named 2023-24 All-Big 12 Honorable Mention, after playing two seasons at East Carolina. He shot 87.1 percent from the free throw line during his collegiate career, including 88.0 percent last season.
