Mad Ants Acquire Jordan Bone In Trade With Wisconsin Herd

FEBRUARY 25, 2023 - The Fort Wayne Mad Ants, the NBA G League affiliate of the Indiana Pacers, have made a trade with the Wisconsin Herd.
The Mad Ants will acquire Jordan Bone, a 6-foot-2 guard. During the 2023 NBA G League regular season, Bone has appeared in and started 17 games for the Herd. He is averaging 18.3 points, 4.5 rebounds and 5.6 assists during the regular season while playing 35.6 minutes per game.
In his fourth year as a professional out of the University of Tennessee, Bone has spent time in the G League with the Grand Rapids Drive, Delaware Blue Coats and the Herd. He was a two-way player with the Drive and Detroit Pistons during the 2019-2020 season as a rookie after being selected 57th overall by New Orleans in the 2019 NBA Draft. Bone played with the Indiana Pacers during the 2021 NBA Summer League and has also had stops in Spain and Turkey during his professional career.
In his career, Bone has appeared in 24 NBA games with the Detroit Pistons and Orlando Magic, averaging 2.8 points and 1.1 assists per game.
In return, Wisconsin will receive Deividas Sirvydis. The Lithuanian forward has appeared in six games with the Mad Ants during the 2023 regular season, averaging 8.5 points and four rebounds per contest.
The trade is not subject to any player physicals. Bone will wear #0 with the Mad Ants.
