The NBA G League All-Rookie Team features Lofton Jr., Sioux Falls Skyforce guard Jamaree Bouyea, Ontario Clippers center Moussa Diabaté, Rio Grande Valley Vipers forward Darius Days and Santa Cruz Warriors guard and 2022-23 Kia NBA G League Most Improved Player Lester Quiñones.

Lofton Jr. scored 20+ points in 8 games and 30+ points twice, including a career-high 33 points against Delaware on Feb. 3. The 20-year-old was named to the 2023 Jordan Rising Stars as a member of the NBA G League team and also participated in the NBA G League Next Up Game on Feb. 19.
Quiñones averaged 21.8 PTS, 7.0 REB and 4.8 AST in 31 games for the Santa Cruz Warriors, being named Kia NBA G League Most Improved Player and finishing second in Kia Rookie of the Year voting this season. His stellar play earned him a Call-Up on a Two-Way contract with the Golden State Warriors, and he was named G League Player of the Week on both February 28 and March 21.
Bouyea averaged 18.6 PTS, 6.4 AST, 5.1 REB, and 1.9 STL in 22 games for the Sioux Falls Skyforce, earning a pair of 10-day contracts with the Miami Heat and Washington Wizards and helping lead Sioux Falls to the Western Conference Finals in this year's G League Playoffs.
Days finished third in Kia Rookie of the Year voting after posting 24.4 PTS, 9.8 REB, and 4.0 3PM through 29 games for the Rio Grande Valley Vipers. His 24.4 points per game was good for second in the G League in scoring behind only Kia MVP Carlik Jones, and helped to earn him Kia Player of the Month honors in March. Days led the Vipers to the NBA G League Finals.
Diabaté, on a Two-Way contract with the LA Clippers, averaged 15.9 PTS, 12.3 REB, 1.8 STL, and 1.1 BLK for the Ontario Clippers in 18 games. He posted double-doubles in 11 of those games.
