New Orleans Pelicans Sign Malik Dia To Two-Way Contract

The New Orleans Pelicans announced today that the team has signed forward Malik Dia to a two-way contract. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Dia, 6-9, 250, appeared in 35 games (31 starts) for Ole Miss during the 2025-26 season, averaging 14.5 points and 5.7 rebounds in 24.3 minutes per game while shooting .452 from the field and .683 from the foul stripe. Dia scored in double-figures 26 times, including ten games with 20-plus points.

A native of Murfreesboro, Tenn., Dia appeared in 124 games (91 starts) over four collegiate seasons at Vanderbilt, Belmont and Ole Miss, averaging 12.1 points, 5.1 rebounds and 0.8 assists in 20.5 minutes per game.
