Nuggets Sign Bryce Hopkins To Two-Way Contract

DENVER, CO (Sept. 9, 2026) – The Denver Nuggets have signed forward Bryce Hopkins to a two-way contract, Ben Tenzer, Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations, and Jonathan Wallace, Executive Vice President of Player Personnel, announced today.

Hopkins, 6-6, 220, played in 115 games (87 starts), over four seasons with Kentucky, Providence and most recently St. John’s. Last season, he played in all 37 games (37 starts), averaging 13.6 points, 6.2 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.1 steals while shooting 46.9% from the field and 36.3% from three in 28.8 minutes per game. He earned Second Team All-Big East and a Big East All-Tournament Team nod while helping St John’s earn a conference tournament title.

The Oak Park, Illinois native was drafted by the Nuggets with the 49th overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft. He appeared in four games for the Nuggets in the 2026 Summer League, posting averages of 18.0 points, 6.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.5 steals while shooting 52.9% from the field and 35.7% from three in 25.9 minutes per game.
