The Oklahoma City Thunder has signed guard Ajay Mitchell to a Two-Way Contact, it was announced today by Executive Vice President and General Manager Sam Presti. Per team policy, terms of the agreements were not released.
Mitchell (6-4, 195) was selected 38th overall in the 2024 NBA Draft and averaged 20.0 points on 50.4% shooting to go along with 4.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.2 steals in 31.5 minutes during his junior season at UC Santa Barbara. He was named the 2022-23 Big West Player of the Year and he received All-Big West First Team honors on two occasions (2022-23 and 2023-24).
