PHILADELPHIA — FEB 19, 2026 — Philadelphia 76ers President of Basketball Operations Daryl Morey announced today that the team has signed Tyrese Martin to a two-way contract.
Martin, 26, joins the 76ers after appearing in 37 games (six starts) for Brooklyn this season, where he averaged 7.3 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.9 assists in 18.8 minutes per game. He registered 12 games with double-digit scoring, including a season-high 26 points on 7-of-14 shooting (5-9 3FG) at Toronto on Nov. 23, 2025.
Originally selected by the Golden State Warriors in the second round (51st overall) of the 2022 NBA Draft, Martin is averaging 7.2 points on 40.1-percent shooting, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.7 assists in 113 games over three seasons with Atlanta and Brooklyn. Martin has recorded 20-plus points in six career games and achieved career-highs in points (30) and three-pointers (eight) against Phoenix on Nov. 27, 2024.
The Allentown, PA native has appeared in 72 career G League games for the Atlanta Skyhawks (2022-23), Iowa Wolves (2023-24), and Long Island Nets (2024), posting averages of 17.3 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 2.4 assists in 32.8 minutes per game. He has posted 25 double-doubles and scored in double figures on 60 occasions in the G League, including 21 games of 20-plus points, five games of 30-plus points, and one game of 40-plus points.
Martin will wear No. 23 for the 76ers.
