Raptors Sign Chucky Hepburn to Two-Way Contract

The Toronto Raptors announced Tuesday they have signed guard Chucky Hepburn to a two-way NBA contract. Per team policy, financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Hepburn, 6-foot-2, 190 pounds, averaged 16.4 points, 5.8 assists, 3.5 rebounds, and 34.8 minutes in 34 games (all starts) in his senior year at the University of Louisville. He scored double figures in 29 games, including 20+ points eight times and recorded a career-high 37 points Mar. 1 vs. Pittsburgh. Hepburn was named the 2024-25 ACC Defensive Player of the Year and earned All-ACC First Team and All-Defensive Team honours. He led the ACC in steals per game (2.4) and finished ninth on Louisville’s all-time single-season steals list (82).
A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Hepburn holds collegiate career averages of 11.5 points, 3.7 assists, 2.9 rebounds, 1.8 steals and 32.8 minutes in 137 games (all starts) with Louisville and Wisconsin. Prior to his senior year at Louisville, Hepburn played three seasons for the Wisconsin Badgers earning All-Big Ten honourable mentions in his sophomore and junior years.
