The Sacramento Kings announced today that the team was granted an NBA Hardship Exception and subsequently signed guard-forward DaQuan Jeffries to a 10-day contract.
This season for the Stockton Kings, Sacramento’s G League affiliate, Jeffries (6-5, 222) has posted averages of 23.5 points (51.8 FG%, 43.8 3pt%, 83.1 FT%), 5.9 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.0 steals in 33.3 minutes per game over 28 regular season games.
Jeffries has appeared in 111 career games in the NBA, including 25 starts, averaging 4.6 points and 2.1 rebounds in 15.9 minutes per game over five seasons for Charlotte, Houston, Memphis, New York and Sacramento.
