Thunder Signs Buddy Boeheim to Two-Way Contract

OKLAHOMA CITY, Feb. 6, 2026 – The Oklahoma City Thunder has signed forward Buddy Boeheim to a Two-Way Contract, it was announced today by Executive Vice President and General Manager Sam Presti. Per team policy, terms of the agreement were not released.

Boeheim (6-5, 205) has appeared in nine games with the Oklahoma City Blue this season and averaged 15.6 points, 4.6 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.22 steals in 30.4 minutes per game. The New York native spent two seasons with the Detroit Pistons (2022-2024) and saw action in 20 games.

The Syracuse product and 2021-22 All-ACC First Team member appeared in 121 career collegiate games (94 starts) and averaged 14.6 points, 2.4 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.01 steals in 31.5 minutes per game across four seasons.

In a related move, the Thunder has waived guard Chris Youngblood, who was signed to a Two-Way Contract on Oct. 18.
