Utah Jazz Sign Andersson Garcia to 10-Day Contract

SALT LAKE CITY (March 11, 2026) – The Utah Jazz announced today that the team has signed forward Andersson Garcia to a 10-day contract. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not released.

Garcia (6-7, 220, Texas A&M) has appeared in 35 games (12 starts) for the Mexico City Capitanes of the NBA G League this season, averaging 10.9 points on 55.6 percent shooting from the field, 9.8 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and 1.3 steals in 25.3 minutes per game. He has recorded 12 double-doubles, including two games with 20-plus rebounds, and three contests with 20 or more points.

A native of Moca, Dominican Republic, Garcia played five collegiate seasons at Mississippi State (2020–22) and Texas A&M (2022–25). He appeared in 104 games (16 starts) for the Aggies and, as a junior, led the conference with 9.1 rebounds per game while earning 2023–24 All-SEC Defensive Team honors.
