Player Bio
Pope played four years at San Diego State, capping off his career by leading the Aztecs to the NCAA Tournament and earning a Mountain West All-Conference second team nod. He averaged 8.9 points and 5.1 rebounds in 22 minutes per game in his SDSU career before going undrafted in the 2018 NBA Draft. He joined the Los Angeles Lakers for 2018 Summer League action before moving to Greece to play with PAOK. Pope earned a spot on the Greensboro Swarm roster in 2019, averaging 6.7 points and 4.5 rebounds, then joined German’s RoStock Seawolves squad. Pope also spent time in G League single-site competition, joining the Austin Spurs in Orlando.
