Player Bio
Scoot Henderson (born February 3, 2004) is a guard for G League Ignite. A five-star recruit from the class of 2022, Henderson finished his high school coursework more than 1.5 years early to join Ignite. He was the top point guard and No. 7 overall prospect in the ESPN Top 100 prior to reclassifying, leading Kell High School to a runner-up finish in the state championship game in his final season. In his first season with Ignite, Henderson averaged 14.3 points, 4.8 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.67 steals in 21 appearances. He ranked second on the team in assists (89) and steals (35), tallying one 30-point game, four 20-point games and two double-doubles.
