Charge Acquire Dexter Dennis In Trade With Legends

CLEVELAND, OH – The Cleveland Charge have acquired the rights to G Dexter Dennis in a trade with the Texas Legends in exchange for the rights to F Fabian White and the rights to their first round pick in the 2024 NBA G League Draft.
Dennis (6-5, 210, Texas A&M) is in his rookie season and played in four games for the Dallas Mavericks, averaging 5.5 points on .526 shooting with 2.3 rebounds and 1.0 assist in 7.5 minutes per game. In 29 total games with the Legends this season, he’s averaging 11.5 points on .419 shooting with 4.9 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 29.6 minutes per game. After the trade, the Charge hold the rest of their own draft picks for 2024, except for their first round pick, plus a first round choice from the Rio Grande Valley Vipers.
