Chicago Bulls Sign Mac McClung To Two-Way Deal

The Chicago Bulls announced today the team has signed guard Mac McClung to a two-way contract.
McClung, 6-2, 185, appeared in three regular season games with the Indiana Pacers during the 2025-26 season, averaging 6.3 points, 1.3 rebounds and 1.7 steals in 11.3 minutes. McClung then joined the Windy City Bulls, playing in 24 games (24 starts) with clips of 25.4 points (.517 FG%, .348 3FG%), 3.0 rebounds, 7.2 assists and 1.3 steals in 33.0 minutes. McClung led all G League players with 27.1 points per game during regular season action.
McClung scored 20-plus points in 20-of-24 games on the year while with Windy City and is the only player in the league to average at least 25.0 points while shooting .500 from the field and seven assists. McClung totaled a career-high 40 points (14-22 FG, 6-12 3FG) in a win over the Oklahoma City Blue (1/26/26) and is one of five NBA G League players to tally at least 350 points and 100 assists.
Originally from Gate City, Va., McClung made his NBA debut for Chicago in 2021-22, tallying his first NBA points versus the Atlanta Hawks on Dec. 29, 2021. In total, McClung has seen action in nine career games between the Indiana Pacers (2025-26), Orlando Magic (2024-25), Philadelphia 76ers (2022-23), Los Angeles Lakers (2021-2022) and Bulls (2021-22). He has posted NBA career averages of 5.8 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 12.2 minutes.
McClung rejoins the Bulls as a three-time NBA Slam Dunk Champion (2023-25) and one of two players in NBA history to win at least three times (Nate Robinson). McClung played three seasons collegiately with Texas Tech (2020-21) and Georgetown (2018-20). He averaged college career clips of 14.7 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 27.9 minutes, earning Big East All-Freshman Team honors in 2018-19 and All-Big 12 Second-Team honors in 2020-21.
McClung will wear No. 5.
