New York Knicks Sign Trey Jemison III to Two-Way Contract

NEW YORK, September 16, 2025 - The New York Knicks announced today that the team has signed Trey Jemison III to a two-way contract.

Jemison III, 25-years-old (6-11, 270-pounds), appeared in 38 games with the Pelicans and Lakers last season. As a member of the Memphis Grizzlies, he registered a career-high 24 points on

84.6-percent shooting, six rebounds and two blocks against Washington (Mar 12, 2024). The three-year vet holds career averages of 4.2 points on 55.2-percent shooting, 3.8 rebounds over 15.3 minutes in 63 games (14 starts) for the Wizards, Grizzlies, Pelicans and Lakers.

The Birmingham, AL -native originally joined the New Orleans Pelicans prior to the 2023-24 season following his three seasons at the University of Alabama. Jemison III earned 2023 Third-Team All-Conference USA honors after averaging 9.1 points on 58.6-percent shooting, 8.4 rebounds and 1.7 blocks over 25.2 minutes in 39 games (all starts) as a senior. He was also named to the 2021 and 2023 Conference USA All-Defensive Teams. Prior to the University of Alabama, Jemison III spent two seasons at Clemson. He finished his collegiate career averaging 5.7 points on 56.7-percent shooting, 5.6 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks over 19.0 minutes in 152 games (102 starts) for the University of Alabama and Clemson.
